Since the advent of the ink jet printer, along with the advance of science and technology level, the ink jet printer technology is also in constant development, the ink jet printer's printing quality is increasing day by day, the system reliability is also gradually increases. Entering the 21 st century, more and more domestic printing machine enterprises have begun to emerge, but due to the gap of technology at home and abroad, when compared with foreign printing machine, domestic printing machine's print content single, print quality is poorer, lack of security and system failure rate is relatively higher. In view of the above problems, this paper combines with the principle of the ink jet printer, embedded technology and mechanical and electrical integration technology to develop a high reliable automatic production line ink jet printer control system.First of all, through to the analyzes of the ink jet printer and the research status of automatic production line technology, aim at the deficiency of domestic printing machine at the present time and the development direction of current the ink jet printer,puts forward the development of a fully functional, excellent performance and high reliability of the electromechanical integration control system needs which based on ink jet printer.Secondly, on the basis of the hardware and software architecture, use five key technologies to support the ink jet printer control system development. Including the ink way based on state machine process control technology, used in the control system development process ink road, to ensure the correct operation of each ink road flow;mail communication technology based on shared memory, used to ensure the accuracy of the up and down a machine data transmission and recommend suite; external real-time clock scheme based on serial communication, to ensure the accuracy of the system clock; the charge code value technology based on the Qt's high image processing capacity, to ensure the charge code value accurately fast extraction; Using multiple redundant technology and read-only file system technology to ensure the reliability of the embedded file system.Finally according to the demand to build excellent hardware and software architecture, and on the platform of hardware and software needed for type selection design, determine the Au1250 as higher machine's CPU, A2F200M3 F for the lowermachine and STM32F051 as keyboard's microcontroller, software using the Linux + Qt development plan. Then use the ink jet printer develop by the control system to carry on the real printing effect test, reliability test and other tests, the test results show that the control system of the ink jet printer can meet the demand of design.
