With the development of science and technology, reliability technology is highly valued and widely applied as a specific subject. The great loss caused by the unreliability of products make it quite clear that reliability heavily influences products quality. Still it is the key importance in improving living standard and the development of the country. Based on the development of battery industry at home and broad, the technical condition of producing equipment for Li/MnO2 button buttery was discussed systematically. The article also discussed the significance of analyzing Li/MnC>2 button buttery product line's reliability. Therefore, this paper through collect and analyze reliability data of product line, utilize FTA method to study the reliability of product line.The paper described the importance of reliability analysis in new product research, compared different reliability analysis methods and adopted FTA in reliability analysis based on the reliability data of Li/MnO2 button battery automatic product line. According to the principle of the Li/MnO2 button battery automatic product line, the paper chased down the potential failures and causes, combining markets and consumer demands, analyzed reliability requirements of the product line. Then the author used FTA to predict the failure mode of the machine, analyzed the failure mechanism of the product line, to reduce the possibility of equipment failure. Set up FTA of product line, calculate the least cut, and then use the proper method to calculate failure probability of the product line, and put forward the improving scheme.Based on the traditional FTA analyzing, this paper fully considered the impact of Human and Machine factors to the product line. Utilized ergonomics theory, linking to the experimental data obtained in locale, took the Human-Machine-Environmental factors as a whole system, analyzed the Human,Machine and environment factors during the process of producing. In order to enhance the reliability of product line the paper gave the concretely implements from the control panel, the work site, the caution sign, the work color, noise influence as well as the management & use and so on, thereby gained the method to avoid or reduce the fault of assembly line.
