Electrical Components Automatic Production Line Control System Research

With the development of modern industrial technology, automatic control technology has been widely used in machinery, mining, printing and manufacturing. but in the last few years with the rising labor costs, plus the pressure of the electrical equipment automation transformation, extensive use of automated production lines, reduce the production cost and labor cost is the enterprise production of the trend of the times. At the same time, in the modern manufacturing to improve production efficiency, reduce the production cost is the enterprise survival and development of core competitiveness in the market economy. The key problem of automation transformation of mobile phone switch production line is how to realize the automatic detection equipment testing for mobile switch mechanical parts and function of automatic packaging.This research topic use the Adic Automation Equipment Company’s phone switch production line as the research object.Because the equipment automation degree is not high, the design has developed a relatively high degree of automation of production equipment, and design a set of automatic control system to realize the automatic feeding device, automatic detection, pick out the non-conforming product function and the final packing count function. Under the condition of lower production space and labor costs, improve production efficiency, but also ensure the safe running of the automatic production line.This paper first make functional analysis according to the production technology of the all-in-one mobile phone switch testing. According to the structure and the overall layout of automatic production lines, gives an overall design scheme and procedure of the automatic production line. For the key institutions of the control system of automatic production line and the electric parts make selections, including sensor, servo, choice of the solid-state image sensor, which also includes the selection of motor and the scheme design and the electric drive of the motor.This article also carried on the software design of automatic production line control system. The functions of the software were divided into functions of control and functions of operating. Carry on the detailed design according to the function of the equipment control system of the soft components needed to complete the task. Completed the PLC ladder diagram based on position control servo motor control system. In the all-in-one mobile phone switch testing, there are multiple station running at the same time, so the motion control of the motor is the key problem to a solve, as well as writing of the ladder diagram to design the different functions to fit the whole equipment needs. Adopt the modular programming method to design the PLC control system.Finally, the mechanical parts of the assembly of the entire device was carried out and commissioning on site for the control system. Carried on the test and summarized to the whole automatic production line on this basis.
