| From the 1920s, along with industrial developments of automobile, rolling bearing, micromotor and sewing machine, generatrix occurred in the machine manufacture .During these 30 years, the number of generatrix make a `sharp growth. The generatrix can lead to a raise of the labor productivity,stabilize and improve the product quality, improve the work condition, reduce the production area, production cost, and the cycle as well as the remarkable economic efficiency by mass production.This essay mainly studied automatic production line control system centered on Siemens's PLC as a core, based on RS-485 serial communication agreement. In this system, each series can function independently , analyzing and designing separately, furthermore,coordination of the hardware and software enables this system to complete the work on processing,transporting to functions and so on.This system uses S7-200 series PLC with the PPI communication protocol for correspondence to realize the serial communication through RS-485.This article also emphatically elaborates how to use the sensor, the electrical machinery, the server, air operation, knowledge and PLC to design the system's hardware module of automatic production line controland how to defer to the STEP7 software to design this system software module, as well as how to realize the unit to interconnect constructs the automatic production line control system together through the RS-485 serial communication. The system hardware structure is proved simple, the movement stable and reliable. It may be applied to the practical teaching as the university the canonical system, and the industrial automatic production line system. |
