As design innovation services develop rapidly,more and more maker spaces appear in the public. However, there is no efficient way to find a satisfactory designer. Sodemands are always not responsed in time. And there is no way to obtain business orders for designers,they can not use their own innovative design capabilities to provide services for enterprises. The resources of existing space platforms are limited and relatively single, can not meet the demand of design and manufacture of all life cycle. There is no full integration of all kinds of resources online and offline for innovative design and manufacturing. They can not give full play to the advantages of network platform and cloud manufacturing, and do not have the support of professional software, industry data and related techniques. Most of the make spaces just provide equipments and venues, there are less professional guidance for entrepreneurship,college students and other innovative entrepreneurs. In order to fully integrate design innovation resources online and offline, this paper puts forward a new innovation and entrepreneurship service platform oriented cloud manufacturing.The following several aspects are studied:Detailed analysis of the business model of existing making space platforms,to sum up the similarities and differences. Combined with investigation and analysis for platform target users' needs,different trading methods are designed for different services, formed trading patterns of this platform. Aimed at demand for cloud manufacturing services, we set up a business model of innovation and entrepreneurship service platform which take various types of services as the main body, offline resources as the support, and where platform developers, customers, design demand side, resource service providers, investors, entrepreneurial mentors and any other roles to participate in.Analysis implementation techniques of platform service.According to the service contents of the platform, the operation mode of the platform is determined, realizing the balance of interests for all kinds of users in this platform as the interests of stakeholders; As a design innovation service platform, established the correlation degree of online and offline resources, and fully integrated resources; Make classification and feature description on resources; Studied the process of transformation of maker's achievements on the platform.Detailed functional planning and design for platform user front desk and operator background.Based on the overall function of the platform, the main business process of the platform is designed.At last, the prototype system of the platform is built by RP Axure software, and we invite the target user representative to carry on the feasibility demonstration and the suggestion to the platform prototype.Development platform according to the system structure and technology framework. Spreaded the application after the platform online. All kinds of typical users in the platform have used it,which verify the feasibility of the platform.
