In recent years,with the wide application of Internet and web2.0 technologies,more and more enterprises have begun to create and use open innovation communities.In the era of knowledge economy,enterprises use their external innovation knowledge to maintain their own efficiency.In the market,the competitive advantage has gradually launched its own open innovation platform,breaking the previous closed innovation model.The original intention of this kind of community was to broaden the external creative resources to enhance the innovation ability of the enterprise itself,and the group such as Maker is the main source of providing high quality creative resources.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the knowledge contribution behavior of makers,and it should be paid enough attention.However,there are few academic researches in China,and it is necessary to conduct in-depth and comprehensive research.But from the current point of view,if you want to develop well in an open innovation community,companies need to get high-quality creative resources from the community to participate in the company's innovation activities.Community managers should pay attention to the users of the community,especially maker's contribution to knowledge is low,and there is also a lack of valuable contribution.At the same time,the community lacks detailed rules and regulations for the protection of intellectual property rights.Maker is worried about the loss of his intellectual rights and loses his uniqueness in the community when he contributes his knowledge.Therefore,the management of open innovation communities has become increasingly prominent and urgently needed to be resolved.The article mainly analyzes the following three aspects of research work:The behavior of the knowledge creation of open innovation community Maker is analyzed.Firstly,it analyzes the knowledge transfer process in the open innovation community,analyzes and defines the meaning and characteristics of the open innovation community Maker knowledge contribution,analyzes the constituent elements and characteristics of the open innovation community knowledge contribution,and secondly,deeply studies the creator.A group of knowledge contribution behaviors and detailed process of knowledge contribution,finally,the formation motivation of the open innovation community Maker knowledge contribution behavior analysis.Research on the influencing factors of the knowledge contribution behavior of the open innovation community Maker.Based on the existing literature and academic research,based on the social exchange theory and open innovation theory,this paper constructs the influencing factors model of the open innovation community Maker knowledge contribution behavior,and proposes the corresponding research hypothesis,which is collected through the questionnaire method.Compare the relevant data of well-known open innovation community makers,and then use AMOS22.0 software for factor analysis after screening.According to the results of empirical research,we promoted the optimization strategy from three aspects: open-innovation community creator incentives,community knowledge transfer,and community technology creation,and proposed how to maintain the viscosity of community makers and how to promote creators more voluntarily and actively.Suggestions for contributing to innovative knowledge or solving problems have important guiding significance for the construction and operation of the community.The research work in this paper expands the theoretical framework of knowledge contribution research,enriches the theoretical research results of open innovation knowledge contribution,and provides scientific methods and theoretical basis for the smooth development of open innovation community knowledge contribution;in practice,community optimization And the increase in the viscosity of the maker has a guiding significance. |
