With the deep development of the construction industry informationization, a number of software applications have been developed for construction enterprises by software service providers. These software applications greatly improved the level of project management and raised the working efficiency. Along with the development and perfection of the BIM technology standards, a series of problems in construction project management such as repeat construction, difficulties of cross system interaction and lack of data standards have been solved. BIM technology can manage data uniformly in the whole lifecycle of construction project and enable the data to be shared globally and updated dynamically.The architectural design and management model based on BIM technology have been widely focused and applied. However, the enterprise has to invest a lot of manpowers, materials and financial resources in the development of the systems with BIM technology. With the rapid development of cloud computing which has obvious advantages, sush as good reliability, high security, good flexibility and low cost, the integrated use of BIM technology and cloud computing technology can improve the efficiency of the enterprise information system effectively and reduce the cost. In this context, this thesis proposed a solution of integrated construction management platform based on BIM technology in the cloud environment.(1) This thesis analyzed the present informatization situation in construction industry, summarized the applications of BIM at home and at aboard, and then analyzed the technology standards and the specific application scenario of BIM. This thesis also described the architecture and application advantages of cloud computing, discussed the feasibility of BIM application model based on cloud services.(2) This thesis analyzed the platform application requirements of construction enterprises in the stage of construction management, such as project management, model management, schedule management, safety management, quantity statistics and analysis, and then proposed a application mode which can dynamically simulate the building process of structure by connecting the construction schedule to BIM model.(3) The overall architecture of integrated construction management platform was designed with advantages of cloud services, and the design of each function module was driven by business processes.(4) The platform was developed based on business component, and the code was written under some certain specification to enhance the scalability and maintainability of the platform. Detailed test plan was established to ensure that each function of the platform and all performance indicators can reach expected goal.This thesis researched the design and implementation of a integrated construction management platform which has been applied in pilot units.The platform improved the user experience, optimized the business process of the construction management, improved the comprehensive level of the enterprise in the field of construction management, and enhanced its core competitiveness.
