With the development of the social economic and the expansion of the area where needs a power supply,the power supply bureau’s business grows with each passing day,and the use of safety equipment is more frequent. Meanwhile,traditional management of the safety equipment by hand can’t satisfy the modern company’s need of the safety equipment’s management because of complex process, long cycle and low efficiency. A new safety equipment’s management for the whole cycle which is produced by using new technology is in need.The management for safety equipment in the power supply bureau is divided into three layers:data persistence layer、logical layer-. presentation layer,which uses the general MVC model.It also uses the general SSH frame,which integrates the general Hibernate framen Struts frame and the Spring frame.The data persistence layer is charged by the Hibernate frame:the frame makes a lightweight encapsulation of the code which is used to the visit of JDBC to the database and the developers can use the way of object-oriented to manipulate the database which can simplify the process. The Struts frame is mainly responsible for presentation layer. The Struts frame is a frame that focuses on the front page’s display, contains a wealthy label and uses the Action calling component to deal with the logical problems.The Spring Frame is mainly responsible for the logical layer.The Spring Frame has two main characteristics:Aspect Oriented Programming(AOP) and dependency injection.You do not have to create objects directly, you can create the object through the appropriate configuration of the object and configuration files. Meanwhile, the use of Oraclellg database reduces the limitations of using the system and improves the performance of the layer where the system deals with data.The functions implemented by the safety equipment management system of power supply bureau mainly include:plan management, inspection management, warehousing and ledger management, quality control, system management.Among them, the function of the plan management includes:issuing plans, working out plans, reviewing plans, reporting plans, maintaining plans, recording plans, plan statistics and so on. The function of inspection management includes maintaining procurement plans, downloading procurement plans,the results of inspection, the inquire of inspection.The function of warehousing and ledger management includes downloading storage information, the results of storage, storage information, storage statistics, industrial equipment ledger management, inventory. The function of quality control includes tracing plans, assigning tasks, developing a comprehensive plan and verifying the development of plans. The function of system management includes unit code, material classification, places where it’s used, marking comments, scrapped reason, the pilot project, downloading the tool and so on.After the power supply bureau’s safety equipment management system is put into production and use, it improves the management efficiency of the safety equipment and has a good performance in the daily maintaining work of the power supply bureau.
