Application Research On Project Cost Management Of University Library From The Perspective Of Full Life Cycle

In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,it is emphasized that in today's increasingly intensified constraints on resources and environment,crisis awareness should be comprehensively promoted and the concept of building life cycle development should be established,so as to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly production mode.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the overall economic benefits of the whole life cycle and promote the rapid development of university buildings through the way of cost management caused by the whole life cycle.Because of the large amount of investment and long construction period,the original cost management mode of University Libraries focuses on the implementation stage,while ignoring the effective and reasonable cost control in the decision-making and operation stages.The analysis method of project cost management in university libraries is a comprehensive study from the perspective of life cycle.It is an effective analysis method for cost management and project decision-making of construction projects to change the mode and method of cost management.It is of great significance to solve the above problems,save construction investment and effectively control the life cycle cost of construction projects.This paper studies how to introduce the life cycle cost management analysis method into university construction projects,effectively manage construction project funds,improve investment efficiency,and ensure the realization of the optimization of cost objectives.Specifically,it includes the following six aspects:(1)Define the concepts of cost management of construction project and life cycle cost management of construction project,and analyze the principles and contents of life cycle cost management of construction project in detail,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.(2)On the basis of theoretical analysis,we carry out a phased analysis of project life cycle cost management.(3)In view of the current situation and existing problems of project cost management in University libraries,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current cost management of University Libraries in the construction period and operation and maintenance period,and lays a realistic basis for the follow-up study.(4)Taking the library construction project of XX University as a specific case,this paper estimates the life cycle cost of the case by using the life cycle prediction cost calculation.(5)Use value engineering to optimize and further optimize the design scheme.(6)From the investment decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage,completion and settlement stage,operation and maintenance stage,this paper puts forward the cost management countermeasures of University Library Project Based on life cycle.The innovation includes four aspects:(1)Research on the theory of life cycle cost management of university library.(2)estimate and predict the life cycle cost of different design schemes of university libraries.(3)This paper uses the life cycle cost analysis method to find out the main sensitive factors,optimizes and further optimizes the design scheme of university library project according to the theory of value engineering,and proves that the comparison and analysis of project cost and value can better manage the project cost,so as to realize the optimal value of the project.(4)To put forward new strategies for cost management of construction projects,at the same time,it can provide some reference for future research in this field.
