With the coming of information age, acdemic library to adapt to the development of the information age, the management of the library faces new challenges. According to the scientific survey, only 2% of the modern library comes from the library collection, and other more than 75% come from the action of the role of librarians. The comprehensive quality of librarians will directly determine the play of the role of the library, so human resources construction of academic library has played a vital role. Academic library how to optimize human resources reasonable configuration, can maximum limit arouse the enthusiasm of librarian's work, and better able to provide professional services of the library for the teachers and students, is each library is an urgent need to solve the problem.This paper is divided into six parts, the first chose a academic library as a case study object, from the human resources construction related theory, this paper introduces the necessity of the construction of academic library human resources and relevant theories of librarian professional qualification. And on-the-spot investigation and interview the museum in the school library, understand the current situation of the construction of the academic library human resources, including the status of the librarians and the situation of the talent introduction, etc., in recent years, the results of research and data content from the gender, age, professional title structure, educational background, subject structure five aspects carries on the analysis, and then four sector jobs from the universities, analyzed the specific situation of human resources and building of each post, and according to the result analysis of the existing problems, and found that the problem is mainly low Numbers of librarians, the sex ratio imbalance, librarians discipline problems such as single structure. Attaches great importance to the university library talent introduction is presented according to the problem, the reasonable planning of human resource configuration, attaches great importance to personnel training and continuing education. Hope that through this study to realize some of the construction of academic library at present human resources present situation and existing problems, put forward the perfect one for the construction of academic library human resources strategy can provide a reference for the construction of college library human resources and reference, improve the level of the construction of college library human resources, and improve the overall service ability, better service to teachers and students.
