With the improvement of people's living standards, travel turns to be one of popular leisure activities. However, because of the increasing number of tourists, the work load of travel agency becomes heavier, which brings many difficulties to the management. On the other hand, the Internet has gain a great development in the field of information management. Given this situation and the lack of tourist management software, using informatization to promote the management of tourism industrial attracts researchers' attention. Therefore, designing a software of tourist's management plays a practical and significant role for tourism industrial.This paper studies the basic situation of tourism, analyzes the management problems of travel agency, and discusses the use of information push technology and Bluetooth technology in tourism management. After that, this paper combined the Android operating system, database technology, push technology, Bluetooth technology and positioning technology with tourism management to design a tourist system on C/S architecture basis. This system can achieve the following functions:calling the roll by Bluetooth searching, showing tourists' tracks in Baidu map for the query and using a message to remind the tourist of mobile phone's low power condition. The network can also control the radio broadcast spots and add tourist information.The problems of fast consumption of intelligent terminal power and long calling time by Bluetooth were studied in this paper. First, we put forward three optimization schemes to solve the main problem of the fast electric quantity consumption of mobile terminals. We focus on the influence of time interval of data transmission on power consumption, and get the power consuming by testing 20 different dates of the terminal from their sending frequency. Moreover, comparing and analyzing consumption speed of power could be used to find an optimal transmit data packet, which is helpful for realizing energy saving. Furthermore, in the search process, the ability of Bluetooth searching for the nearby devices is limited and need spend a long time. This paper also analyzes the performance of Android Bluetooth,and finds out the reasons for this situation. In the last part, a circulating search method is put to solve this problem.The proposed system reaching a relatively satisfactory result in the field test,but there is still room for improvements to the part of saving traffic and power.
