As the traditional industrial production needs the convenience, fast wireless communications, Bluetooth technology and two-dimensional code technology are used in industrial production. Industrial production has its unique safety and complexity requirements,so technology have yet to be strengthened in the management of information and operational safety aspects. Through the deep study of Bluetooth parallel communication instruction management and DataMatrix two-dimensional code scanning algorithm, this paper mainly carried out the following work:(1) The application of Bluetooth technology in industrial production, because of its security and complexity how to efficiently and safely to organize a large number of instructions is a very important issue. In this paper, Bluetooth parallel communication instruction management model is proposed. Through the analysis of various security problems and instruction redundancy problems, the corresponding mechanism is added into the model. After the application, the model can be used in the complex industry Background, with Bluetooth technology to produce, and the stability of the system, robustness has improved significantly.(2) About the problem, positioning and distorting of the DataMatrix code widely used in industry, in this paper a positioning algorithm is proposed based on DataMatrix code.This algorithm can quickly obtain the positioning and detection pattern of bar code and has effect on tilted and distorted image. Experiments show that the algorithm is more accurate and has little influence on the background, rotation and twist.(3) Based on the Bluetooth parallel communication instruction management model and DataMatrix code localization algorithm, this paper realizes the Android Bluetooth device service system. The system is applied to the actual industrial production, and achieved good results.
