In recent years, mobile Internet is growing fast, and mobile terminals take a very important role in mobile Internet. However, smart phones have a common problem, namely the excessive battery consumption. Compared to the previous feature phone, the effective use time of smart phone is greatly reduced, which to some degree brings inconvenience to people’s daily life. Users need effect method to upgrade the battery-use time. In this premise, the mission of this thesis is clear:to design and implement a smart battery-manage software on Android platform.First of all, this thesis introduces the background of the subject and summarizes the main content and related technologies with Android system. After the introduction, according to the characteristics of the system, define the requirement and function of smart battery-manage system clearly. Then mainly divide the system into four modules, including data-manage module, base function module, UI module, schedule algorithm module and so on. Then further divide base-function module into network-manage module, file-manipulation module, battery-status-check module and background monitor. This thesis introduces all the modules t, and show the brief design and detailed design, combined with use cases diagram, class diagram, sequent diagram. It also shows the definition of data structure and the realization of the functions. Finally, based on detailed software testing, the research results and some aspects that could be further improved were summed up.The software in this thesis use the method of Markov-chain to make the entire power-saving scheduling process more intelligent, in accordance with the historical data on user behavior. At the same time, with the increase in the number of historical data, the scheduling of the entire system itself is constantly self-optimization, realizing heuristic intelligent management without user initiative setting. In addition, the smart power-saving system has been implemented and the power-saving algorithm has got national patent.
