Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises Informatization System Research And Implementation Based On IFS Applications

Under the information age, Manufacturing SMEs face competition in a variety of factors. Among these competitions, enterprises informatization is the high efficient integration solution of internal and external resources for manufacturing SMEs. It integrates manpower information flow, logistic information flow, capital information flow, information flow and business processes closely together in an effective way. This thesis focuses on the design for manufacturing SMEs, trying to find out a suitable enterprises informatization solution.This paper chooses IFS Applications software, try to design the overall business process solutions for manufacturing SMEs and meet their requirements. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1) Analyzing manufacturing SMEs' business processes, finds out the problems, such as information isolated island and difficulty for integrating business processes. As a result, the companies can not achieve the highly efficient integration between human information flow, logistic information flow, capital information flow, information flow and internal processes, and thus affects the enterprises' development. Then, the IFS Applications total solutions are proposed.2) For manufacturing SMEs, it uses IFS Applications to analyze and design the business processes. Including key sales order process, purchase order processes, and MTO shop order processes are analyzed. Finally, through using IFS Applications overall business processes, the conclusion of this article is given.3) Based on IFS Applications and ROX project environment, configures IFS Applications, research, development, and implementation are achieved.4) Through the testing, effect analysis and verification, the designed IFS Applications system to Manufacturing SMEs fulfills the requirements of the system design.The results of the research and design of IFS Applications total solution in this paper are verified by practices. For manufacturing SMEs to achieve ERP enterprises informatization system, it has reference value and help.
