For a company, informatization strategy is one of the core strategy,informatization programming is the manifestation of informatization strategy. theresearch content of thesis is base on X aerospace electronic components enterpriseinformatization programming, analyse the enterprise information presently, includethe enterprise products.synthetically utilize demand management, informationmanagement, R&D management, enterprise management of related theory andmethod, in accordance with the guiding ideology of"Planning Once, ActualizeGradually", design the main function of the electronic enterprise informationprogramming. Research paper tries to provide constructive reference and opinions forthe construction of the enterprise informatization.The thesis is investigated the informatization strategic background, domestic andabroad current research actuality and trend of development, briefly introduces theinformatization programming theoretics and the fundamental knowledge ofinformatization related. Analysed the informatization status quo of the researchobject,According to the enterprise organization type and features of the developmentand production as well as the key business requirements, information corefunctionality can be divided to three levels——Foundation supporting environment,R&D collaborative platform, Business application platform.The thesis is focus on planning R&D information platform and manufactureinformation platform. R&D information platform contain four core informationcontent—“3D design platform”,“optimization of planning platform”,“documentmanagement”,“alteration management”. Supplementary Planning the cable pipelinedesign, mathematical calculations and other modules. Standardize the3D model,management changes and the transfer phase design process; Combining with the characteristics of the products of the company planning the design optimization of thestructure, mechanical and electrical simulation platform, and strengthen themanagement of simulation data; According to the characteristics of the militaryindustry,planning for change management, realize the full life cycle centralizedmanagement of all kinds of documents and traceability. Manufacturing informationplatform include three core information content, technology optimization platform,technology process management and manufacturing execution system. Combiningwith the product characteristics to design the stamping parts, numerical controlmachining, plastic molding, welding simulation four simulation process optimizationplatform;To enhance the3D design capability process by product-focused, implementa structured process planning and management, Improve technology quality, reduceon-site changes, shortening technology design cycle process; With production taskexecution system as a key factor in production design, to allocate of productionresources, to gain real-time data, to strengthen the plan control, to improve themanufacturing process. By choosing related software products combination such asthe PTC company(US),to implement security conditions, make sure programmingcontent is achievable.This thesis based on the planning of the product information for in-depth analysisand research, for the immediate future, enterprise informatization will still developaround its conduct, which is the focus of enterprise informatization programming inthe future.
