In order to further strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market, the rapid realization of enterprise informatization and modernization construction, China Telecom believes that the realization of enterprise informatization development strategy,must start from the enterprise current management and operation mode, business process and application system, information and data, through of management control system information is incorporated to complete the unification of the enterprise informationization construction work. China Telecom in the past decades of network application construction process, has formed a more complete IT system, for the enterprise management and management level to make great support. Compared with other industries, the overall level of information technology is relatively high, however, the current situation of the current telecom industry operating management is not optimistic. The general management of the operating room is still in the manual stage, the lack of a set of overall operational management system platform support. Based on the above reasons, we need to design a set of customer management system.The system for customers in a telecom company in large quantities, many kinds of characteristics, relying on the friendly user interface, simple mouse clicks, you can to make up for the shortage of manual management information to achieve to the customer information management automation management is a designed to improve business and customer relationship between the new management mechanism, it help to improve the enterprise's market marketing, sales, service and technical support work efficiency, help to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction, to help enterprises to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency, enhance the core competitiveness.This topic design and implementation of telecom customer management system, has been officially put into telecom company's daily operation and management, improves the work efficiency of the telecommunications company telecom business hall, for the company to bring the good management efficiency. At the same time, it also provides a very important reference value and practical application value to other customer relationship management information research, and building a scientific and reasonable customer management system.
