Combining with a particular form of newspaper group in the state-owned enterprises, and from the view of the parent company, it binds the group management control theory to t he management of the Press Group. It starts from the internal and external environment of this group, and analyzes the favorable and unfavorable conditions in the politics, economy, society, technology and industry environment, then expounds the present situation of the group governance structure, organization structure, function and control means, and analysis the management and control problems of these aspects. Based on these, according to the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the control environment, the suitable control mode is selected for each subsidiary. Then, the adjustment and optimization of the group's governance structure and organization structure are proposed, and the management and control system of the group is reorganized. In the end, by improving the means of management from strategy, human resources, financial management, information management and corporate culture, the control mode will implement effectively.
