| With China's rapidly developed economy since reform and opening up,many enterprises have entered group-based developing mode,in which the relationship between parent corporation and its subsidiaries has become more and more complicated.Therefore,the previous management system and control patterns are difficult to adapt to new management requirements.In order to maintain long-term development,large-scale business groups need to establish effective parent-subsidiary management and control mechanism,and information system is an important means of this kind of mechanism.Although there's been plenty of researches on parent-subsidiary management and control patterns by scholars from home and abroad,the role of ERP information system in these patterns is rarely mentioned.In this context,after analyzing the needs,problems,difficulties of parent-subsidiary control,and also the construction process of ERP system,this thesis proposes to improve the parent company's management and control capabilities by establishing a system combining ERP system and parent-subsidiary control mechanism.The research is conducive not only to supplement and improve the theoretical system of parent company's management and control mechanism,but also to provide great practical guiding significance for how large business groups enhance their core competitiveness through ERP system.With the help of the experience of Jianlong Group in building group ERP system,this paper applied comprehensively the approaches of theory study and case analysis,based on group management theory and ERP theory as well.Combined with the goal of Jianlong Group to build group ERP system,the paper summed up the premises and principles of ERP system construction in group management and control,and gave an introduction of this specific practice by carrying on cause analysis of problems existing in the Jianlong Group management and control system.In order to make the ERP system work effectively in group control,deep studies on group control mode,development process and analysis on existing problems are firstly needed.According to the strategic requirements of group control,it is necessary to determine the premises,that is the unified basic data,financial policy and configuration management,and refine the principles,that is hierarchical management,collaborative integration ang focusing on financial management,of ERP system construction in group control.On the basis of these premise and principles,with the specific requirements of group control in terms of human resources,finance,sales,procurement and operating risks,detailed designs and implementations of each subsystem of the group ERP system were followed up.Then,we offered the optimized path,from the aspects of reducing operational risk,improving customer satisfaction and improving implementation plan,etc.,for further application of ERP system in group control.Lastly,after the effect on the implementation of ERP system in group control being evaluated,and we provided safeguards for constructing group ERP system.To build an ERP system with high efficiency and to satisfy the constantly changing requirements of parent-subsidiary management and control mode,a top-notch team at selfdeveloping ERP system or in-depth integration with large ERP vendors at the headquarters level are essential.Meanwhile,it is required to set up an overall framework of ERP system for parent-subsidiary management and control,and also to develop a unified ERP implementation plans and strategies,the ERP system planning and project implementation should be led by the enterprise's top leader,with reasonable investment cost control.Through the research conclusions of this paper,it is likely to know that,as a tool,ERP system is of great inspiration and help for similar large-scale enterprises in their improvement of group management and control capabilities. |
