Research On The Business Process Of Quality Control Based On Lean Shipbuilding

Quality is one of the core competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry,but also becomes an important indicator of the shipbuilding powers.Shipbuilding work is the direct process of the shipbuilding quality formation.Due to the complexity of the shipbuilding work and the quality control activities related to many departments,it's easy to have the problem of the slowly inspection information transmission and dealing with the quality defect not in a timely manner.This phenomenon affects the continuous and efficient quality control,at the same time,because of the quality defect,the reworking and repairing work is not conducive to the continuous and the balance of the production process and becomes a waste of the manpower,the material and the financial resources.The theory of Lean Shipbuilding advocated to reduce the waste of the non-value added link and to strengthen the continuous value-added links to improve the process.Therefore,this article puts forward the solution of quality management system to achieve the management of the inside-inspection,the outside-inspection and the quality analysis.And in order to reach a goal of a high-efficiency way in information transmission,handling the quality timely,improving the quality constantly and so on.In this paper,the main work is arranged as the following:First of all,research on the mode and the process of the shipbuilding work.Then,analyze the content of the quality control on each lever of the shipbuilding work.Then,build the business process of the quality control in order to make the quality control activities carry out in good order.Analyze the problem of the business process of the quality control.Under the guidance of Lean Shipbuilding theory,this paper puts forward to build the quality management system as a solution.Then,analyze the demand for the quality management system.And design the function module of the system.Build a working process of the system.And design the database of the system.Finally,introduce the function of the quality management system.And show the function interface of the system.Then,according to the condition of the actual operation,the system optimization is put forward.In a shipyard,for example,discuss the implementation process of the quality control process.And analyze the effect of the quality control process to achieve.
