Abstract/Summary:
Because of its functions of ensuring pipeline safety,coordinating underground resources and optimizing space management,the underground comprehensive pipe gallery has become a research hotspot in the field of engineering construction.China’s urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is still in the initial stage of construction,and there are quiet a few dilemma in the process of construction quality control,such as inefficient management,weak consciousness,waste of resources and lack of technology.At present,the traditional engineering quality management theory and method cannot meet the quality control target of underground comprehensive pipe corridor,that’s why it is urgent to introduce advanced theory and technology to solve the above problems.This thesis in view of the underground comprehensive utility tunnel project construction quality control,manufacturing lean thinking,use of BIM-XR technology control,matter controls,afterwards controls before engaged in three stages,put forward the lean quality control process,by analyzing the comprehensive underground pipeline corridor project BIM-XR technology application and quality control,application feasibility validation process.The specific research process is as follows: First reasons for the problem all,according to the principle of total quality control in underground comprehensive utility tunnel construction phase quality control process comb the reasons of the problem,according to the quality control of three phases of BIM and lean quality control matrix,combing BIM application in quality control points,analysis BIM-XR technique is applied to quality control has the feasibility and superiority.Secondly,the principle of quality lean control is formulated according to lean thought and theory.According to the causes of problems in the construction quality control process,and combined with BIM-XR technology,the corresponding solution process of the three control stages of prior,in-process and post-process is proposed.Finally,an example is given to analyze and verify the research results.The theoretical system of lean thought aims at effectively reduce the waste of resources,improve the quality control ability of engineering projects,and integrate lean thought of manufacturing industry into the process of engineering construction,which is of great significance to improve the operation mechanism of quality control in the construction industry.The application of BIM-XR technology in the construction management of engineering projects can effectively realize the digitalization,intelligence and lean construction quality control process,which has the role of prefacing quality problems,reducing resource waste and realizing collaborative management.
