In recent years, with the popularization of higher education in our country, more and more students go into the higher learning institutions. At the same time of the surge in the number of students, many aspects of the problem also arises at the moment, the poor students in colleges and universities is a special group. Now the country has no clear standards on the judgment of economic condition of the students in colleges and universities.This identification method has too many human interference factors, this thesis uses the daily consumption data of campus card. The system's goal is to improve the short of paper operation and artificial identification method and to make the management and identification more scientific and standardized.This study is based on the basic information of students and family information to constitute a comprehensive information database, design and development a student management information subsystem. The counselors, college students, school students can understand the basic information of students.Secondly, through the analysis of the consumption data of students in the school,the weight of the students' card consumption types is carried out, and the relevant mathematical model is constructed.Finally, design the poor students identification and management system based on the network platform, using the relevant mathematical model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to calculate the student's difficulty index, so that the school, teachers in charge of the work of the students, leaders can complete the poor students identification based on a comprehensive understanding of students' information.
