In recent years, with the continuous development of society and economy, people's demands for information increase rapidly, which put forward higher standard on communication technologies, requiring more network communication capacity, faster data transfer rate, lower bit error rate. As an important part of the optical communication network, optical transceiver has great value for research and application. In this paper, the signal integrity analysis and design of high-speed lOGigabit optical transiver is introduced, it uses XC7VX690T as its main control chip, the highest supported transport rate up to 40Gbps, which can be used to collect and process the data.This paper firstly introduces the origin of the signal integrity problems that with the improvement of signal transmission rate and the rising and falling time shortened, we will come across the transmission line effect, signal crosstalk and the problem of reflection in the high-speed circuit design, therefore, the past low-speed system design rules have no reference value anymore, we need to adopt the method of signal integrity planning and designing. Then the influence factors of signal integrity theory is analysed and model is established. And in the progress of designning, with the aid of Cadence Allegro and Hyperlynx, layout and routing are based on signal integrity theroy strictly. Finally the key networks, such as high speed data transmission signal is simulated, then the circuit layout and wiring rules are determined. Overall, we optimize the performance, shorten the development cycle, improve the success rate of the first PCB plate making. At the same time, it is also a further indication of the importance to the high-speed system design with the signal integrity analysis, which has great value on engineering application in the future, can achieve good economic and social benefits.
