In order to meet the requirements of modern agricultural development, the establishment of the new network environment crop growth monitoring system will be designed to crop monitoring system based on the new system of agricultural services under new wireless sensor networks and mobile Internet environment. The new monitoring system will enhance agricultural informatization level of precision agriculture, and improve agricultural information in real-time processing capabilities, thereby improving yield and quality of crops.By analyzing the present situation of research on agricultural information monitoring systems and in-depth study of the agricultural monitoring technology, we design a new type of agricultural monitoring system based on 6LoWPAN wireless sensor networks and mobile Internet, the system is designed with four function entity, namely 6LoWPAN node, border gateway, monitoring host and display devices. The system is divided into data-aware layer, data storage and presentation layer, data-aware layer is responsible for collecting data for crop growth environment factors, the layer using the 6LoWPAN wireless sensor network technology; data storage and presentation layer is responsible for data storage and data processing, the layer data memory module using JAVA UDP programming information will be credited to the MySQL database, the data processing module via JAVAEE technology; data presentation layer is a wireless sensor to display real-time data to agricultural administrator, the layer uses the Android mobile operating system.The results of system functional testing show 6LoWPAN-based wireless sensor network can be successfully collected data and transmitted to the server, the server side can correctly handle the growth of crops and environmental data presented to the user via Android devices. Meanwhile, the system can compare the standard value table, when grown environmental factors are not reasonable limits, the system will alert occurs to remind farm managers to take action.
