In modern society, the development of intelligent agriculture is increasingly concerned. The emerging smart device applications require scalable and compatible with good interactive communication mechanism to support future innovation. IP has proven to be long-term, stable reliability, highly reliable communications technology that can support a large number of applications, a variety of equipments, various types of communication links. IP protocol stack is lightweight which can be run on a small battery-powered embedded devices. Therefore IP networking has the ability to let the internet of things to come true. And now all of the intelligent agriculture model use CC2530 based on the ZigBee protocol to communicate between nodes. The previous studies shows that some recent work has gradually demonstrate the feasibility of wireless sensor networks based on IPv6.Both the 6LoWPAN and low power consumption?non-destructive IPv6 protocol accelerate the integration of wireless sensor networks(WSN) and the Internet.In order to achieve each node has its own IP address, to achieve a real sense of the Internet of things, this paper presents a solution to Intelligent Agriculture Model of the Internet of Things based on Contiki, which is based on wireless sensor network technology as the core, combined with the gradual popularization of IPv6 technology and 6Lo WPAN network protocol. The model achieve monitoring and control of the intelligent agricultural model. In this paper, an embedded operating system named Contiki has been completed analysis and migration, in which has implemented a low-level driver of CC2530 chip and transplantation of 6LoWPAN protocol stack in Contiki. Finally the mentioned solution has been proved practicality through the specific application in the model of intelligent agriculture program.
