Agricultural information's acquisition, transmission, processing and application is important constituent of the Digital Agriculture. According to limitations of traditional agriculture environment monitoring system, wireless sensor networks provides a powerful solutions for agriculture environment monitoring. WSN has become the focus of research workers in agricultural science and technology. This thesis analysis the faults of agricultural monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks with static Sink node on network time, energy and data acquisition algorithm. According to limitations of static Sink node, a new agriculture environment monitoring system based on wireless sensor network with mobile Sink node technique is designed.The hardware architecture of networks'node was designed based on the chip of MSP430 processor, the circuit of sensor interface, wireless communication is designed too. The solar power unit of sensor node is designed with solar panels and super capacitance, work flow of sensor's software is given too. Control system of the mobile Sink node is designed based on S3C2440 ARM processor, the driver program and applications is designed based on embedded Linux operating system.Aiming at the defects of mobile Sink node on data acquisition algorithm, a maximum amount and minimal energy optimization model is designed and given a solution by Hopfield-GA algorithm in this thesis. All the aspects of the Hopfield-GA algorithm is designed, including chromosome coding design, fines function design, crossover operation and program work flow. The simulation results show, Hopfield-GA algorithm is a kind of very effective optimization algorithm.According to experiment results, agricultural environment monitoring system based on WSN with mobile Sink node can well collect environmental parameters of agricultural information. Hopfield-GA data acquisition algorithm whether in data collection amount, or in the network lifetime has obvious advantages.
