Agriculture information monitoring system served as a main tool for managing the agriculture information in Liaoning Province. The management work has the feature of multipoints, wide-scope and heavy labors. It needs to do much more report and analysis work and there exists several problems such as over-labor and inaccurate data analysis. To improve the efficiency and quality of the job and to meet the needs of job, we suggested such a system.The main works are as following:1. Employed the technology of ASP.net, C# and embedded program to design and implement Web-based agriculture information monitoring system; realized the function of data collection and analysis, in network and automatically; realized the function of issue, approval and management on information in network.2. Realized the automatic management function of agriculture information collection; Design and implement the management functions of equipment collection, collection work process, equipments’ parameter setting, equipment testing; By using the system, we can manage the equipments both on the spot and from the long distance to improve the quality of equipments management.3. Implement the comprehensive management function of agriculture information. Design the function of information issue, inquiry and communication to make it possible to communicate and get the information immediately, and, improve the quality of information exchange. In addition, the system can also allocate the information sources, trace and manage the allocation work and improve the management quality of allocation work.4. Implemented the comprehensive management function on agriculture information data. Designed the functions of data analysis and processing. The system can analyze and process the data according to the demands which can improve the data quality and analysis efficiency.5. Using the scientific and reasonable software system testing scheme, conducted the test from two aspects of functions and performance to find existed problems and improved them. As a result, the system can ensure the reliability and stableness of the system.
