Management System Of Electronic Collection Archives Based On ExtJS And SSH

With continuous deepening of the process of tax collection, tax departments are faced with the increasing pressure of tax tasks. So specialized staff spend most of their time and energy on transactional work, such as arranging all kinds of collection data, sticking tax stamps. This seriously affects the development of other collection services. Therefore, the electronization for tax collection data is an inevitable requirement of tax information trend.The management system of electronic collection archives(the first version) had been run at twenty three branches which belong to local taxation bureau in Xi'an. This implemented electronic data scanning, storing, using, query and other functions. However, in order to accelerate the process of the entire Xi'an tax business information, local taxation bureau in Xi'an puts forward new demands of upgrading all kinds of functions in this existing system and building resources pool of electronic collection archives in local taxation bureau, thus realizing centralization, statistics and analysis based on digital archives data of Xi'an taxation and other services.First of all, according to the overall demands for the second version of electronic collection archives management system, this paper proposes building management system of electronic collection archives based on Ext JS and SSH which takes Xi'an taxation as the center, and has the characteristics of distributed operating and centralized management. Then this paper researches new business needs from two levels which are branch and local taxation bureau, and puts forward functional requirements to meet business needs. Then this paper studies the design of architecture and database about the first version management system. Next, this paper presents the program design of the management system. In this program design, each function module is divided into database design, interface design and programming design. In addition, this paper describes the realization of immigration and emigration module, data synchronization module, personalization query and statistics in query statistics module, file scanning rate in implementation of performance appraisal module and branch information management in system management module.At last, this paper tells the required environment of hardware and software for the system, and tests the feasibility of each new module by deploying the project on Tomcat. And the results of application show that for the first version, this paper completes new business needs proposed by tax bureau personnel, and also meets the demands of integrating collection data from twenty three branches, realizing centralized management proposed by local taxation bureau in Xi'an.
