Design And Implementation Of The Electronic Images Collection In Taxation Levy And Management System Based On J2EE

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of tax services, reducefile storage space and cost, make the taxpayer files electronic storage, and meet thedemand of accessing taxpayer’s files, it is necessary to build image informationmanagement system. Through converting paper-based archival information to imageinformation, the main function of this system is to store, use and manage this imageinformation.Through studying the popular Web development technology and introducingthe J2EE and MVC design models, this paper introduces the Struts architecture andworking principle. Through analyzing the business and performance requirements ofthe electronic images of tax collection system, this paper identified its main functionmodules include image collection, image processing, image use, image management,image file management, external system calls. According to requirements analysisand design, this paper proposes to use UML models and case descriptions as well,and accordingly designs the implementations of factions and all the designs in detail,finally, the testing results of the system are analyzed, the figures of the systemfunctions are also given.Through the running test of the system, it is proved that the electronic images oftax collection system which based on three-tier MVC architecture is feasible andeffective, and meet the design requirements...
