In order to understand pay taxes in each area county promptly, Tongchuan localtaxation bureau need to analyses the data of each area county based on datawarehouse, in order to guide collection and management work easily. At present, thestatistical work by the technical personnel is difficult, and it need to statistics byspecially-assigned person, the collection and management work inquires technical toconduct real-time inquiry statistics, it brings greater inconvenience to the work. Sothis paper in order to achieve a construction according to needs, from the datawarehouse real-time inquires backflow related forms data and data analysis of thesystem, mainly based on the above research of Design and Implementation ofTongchuan Local Taxation Bureau Statistical Analysis of Business Data Collection andManagement System.In this paper, the related technical platform adopted by the system is introduced first,followed by studying the needs for the features of statistic and analysis of taxation data,and listing the requirements. Finally, based on the studying results, the mentality andmethodology of system design are proposed, and implementation of some key parts areprovided. TongChuan Local Tax Collection and Management Data Statistic andAnalysis System is a B/S application based on J2EE platform, it adopts3-tiers systemarchitect, relies on technologies such as JSP, MVC, JDBC, XML, Java reflection and soon. In this paper, the data base, system performance index, development and runningenvironments are analyzed and designed;11functions supported by4modules aredesigned.they are backend management, data inquiring and statistic, data analysis andconfiguration management,while functionalities of all system modules are realized, theinquiring and statistic module is taken as an example for detailed design andimplementation. All system functions are tested and system running environment isimplemented. Actual running indicates that both functionalities and performance of thissystem meet the design requirements.
