With the irresistible development of network technology, the medical industries also hope to make the management to the extent feasible through the accurate and efficient means and methods. The only work on currently information management is simple summary and selection. A large number of data from the medical, logistics, management, facilities and staffing cannot meet the needs of the decision making layer to show the data more and more intuitive and comprehensive. Therefore, it is our duty to establish a highly efficient and reliable analysis system. With it not only can allocate the hospital resources more reasonably, reduce the labor intensity of physicians to a certain degree, improve work efficiency and quality of work. But also absent us from the complex performance evaluation system, establish a truly fair automation performance evaluation system, which make win-win, all factors into consideration situation come true, and to promote the healthy and rapid development of hospital.To begin with, the author studied data analysis and decision support of medical system, obtained the knowledge of data processing, data analysis and data mining in business intelligence, picked up the development of current medical data, and made a detailed study of the inpatient data decision analysis and performance evaluation. Then, the whole multilayer framework of system was proposed based on data warehousing, OLAP and data mining technology. Five subject fields based on Indicator-System have been established. The base foundation of each module was constructed and the use of data mining methods in the system was also described. This thesis describes the design and implementation of hospital medical and performance evaluation module, discusses the key technologies used in the development of the system. In the system, two innovative methods are proposed and implemented. One is the display method which is based on the custom indicator control combined with multidimensional data drill. The other one is the method, which is quantitated indicator, realizes performance evaluation by post. Finally, the effects and problems of system in practical application were discussed.The system has been developed and implemented. After put into use, the effect is obvious and good. With mass data of current medical management system for source, this system which is support by demand, not only makes the large number of data in front of customer in a form of graphics more intuitively, but also monitors, analysis and forecasts the business of hospital. The performance evaluation method, which is quantitated indicator by post, makes the performance evaluation become comprehensive and high quality and variety. According to the current state of operation and management of the hospital, the system provides a scientific basis for decision-making and management of hospital management.
