With the development of manufacturing Industrial Cluster and information technology, Enterprise information applications developed from operation layer to the management and decision layer, and will help managers to make a quick response and scientific decision, as well as value management, by facing the rapid changes in business environment. At present, the development of enterprise information has been widely used. Most of the companies have completed the first step in the information technology. This process has accumulated a large amount of business data, but the isolated and scattered data from various business systems makes it hard for the enterprises to do the decision-making. They need an integrated solution to solve the contradiction between the excess business information and the lacking information for decision-making. The business intelligence is the most powerful tool for business decision-making analysis, and it is also the second stage for the enterprise data lifecycle.P company decided to build an enterprise business intelligence system. Through synthetic analyses, the system will effectively join the strategic management, business plans, Budgets, performance management, and the accounting management of the company. It will provide the basis for the formulating strategies and performance management. Also, it will support the company’s operation efficiency and management decisions.This paper is based on the existing information construction of P company and deeply analyses the current situation of the enterprise information. The paper elaborates the urgent needs of enterprise decision analysis from the two aspects of supply chain analysis and financial analysis. Combination of business intelligence theory, and the use of the data conversion, OLAP online analytical processing, data mining and other technical means, the paper amplifies the synthetic analyses subsystem of P company on strategy layer, operation layer and performance layer, and the analysis of the data models of comprehensive analysis system for company’s strategic themes, financial themes, producing plan themes, operation situation themes, Investment situation themes, fund situation themes, and performance themes. It is elaborating from the general architecture and design of the system to the structure of the data warehouse, Maintenance model design and the building of entire business intelligence systems from the final client side. Meanwhile, the specific implementation of enterprise business intelligence system which is based on Oracle BIEE framework has been discussed in detail.
