Research Of The Bank Performance Evaluation Management System Based On Business Intelligence Technology

This paper serves to illustrate the performance analysis and evaluation management system for bank based on business intelligence technology. Performance appraisal has been an effective tool, which contributes to the development of China banks in its commercialization since the reform and opening up. Therefore, commercial banks are getting to improve the appraisal mechanism and measures.Business intelligence and its applications in the commercial bank have been studied in this thesis. Firstly, the paper introduced as the BI basis of technical data warehouse technology, OLAP and data mining technology. Then, the analysis of the financial indicators of the profitability of the banking performance, development capacity, business plan completed, combined with data warehouse design principles and modeling methods, respectively, to establish the deposit scale theme, the theme of the size of loans, intermediary business theme, the theme of the marketing costs, risk the theme of assets, appraisal profits theme of the data warehouse conceptual model and logical model. With the Access database, the physical model of the above topics are established. Then using a business intelligence tool for SQL Server2005Analysis Services data bank performance data warehouse cube build and multidimensional analysis. Finally, according to the Business Intelligence technology theory using Visual Studio2008and Dundas Chart control steam line performance analysis and assessment of information systems design, analysis of the data more visual, more conducive to policy-makers to make the right decisions.
