Research And Design On Bank Card Decision Analysis System Based On Business Intelligence

Experienced 20 years of development, ICBC peony cards have gone through the original extensive mode of operation to the period of resource integration. In the growth, ICBC has accumulated a great deal of data, which may be the most important resource, but how to arrange, excavate and distil the useful part from the vast, complicated, orderless data will be a key factor to affect the development and expansion of ICBC. The useful data can assist the executives to make correct decisions and accelerate the sustainable development of peony cards. On the basis of data warehouse, on-line data processing and data mining technology, with the methods of data extraction, data cleaning, clustering, query, statistical analysis, forecasting, knowledge finding and data mining, Business intelligence (BI) can bring together information, people, and technology to create successful business strategies-and help enterprise users make better business decisions. At present, the application of BI in our Business Banks has just started, until now there isn't a complete system; the ideal results cannot be achieved.The aim of this paper is to combine BI to ICBC peony cards business to promote the competitive abilities of ICBC. Taking the advantage of BI decision analysis, the executives can get the most accurate and useful data, which is hard to attain with regular methods, for the reference of decision making such as strategic goals, marketing strategy, business expansion, service quality and preventing risk of banking on ICBC peony cards business.Firstly, this paper analyzes the BI theory and the trend of ICBC peony cards development, and then has designed the framework of decision analysis system on BI.Secondly, based on the framework, the paper leds ICBC peony cards business into it, and presents the details of design on data analyzing of ICBC peony cards business with BI.Lastly, the paper tests ICBC peony cards business Decision Analysis System with SQL Server 2000 database. The results have shown that BI can provide the accurate analysis, and data mining to the sea of data of ICBC peony cards business to meet the needs of the executives making decision.
