Decision-making had existed since old time. The Decision-making Analysis is a newborn that emerged at 1940s', however, with incessant research work in this field and wide appliance, the Decision-making Analysis develops rapidly from Single Objective Decision making to Multiple Objectives Decision-making, from One Stage Decision- making to Dynamic Multi-stage Decision-making, from Individual Decision to Group Decision. From 1960s' the methods of the Decision-making Analysis have been used in many fields of the economic management and acquired good effects.This paper mainly studies decision-making theories with their applications by System Engineering methodology.In questing solution of multi-objective decision-making problems, the obtained weight is of great importance. Because a lot of synthesized ranking methods of multi-objective decision-making almost relate to the weight, it has important relation to evaluated reliability and validity of result how to determine scientifically, rationally the weight. A synthesized method is proposed according to the advantage and disadvantage of subjective and objective ways of giving weight. It makes the appraised result scientific, objective that this method integrates subjective preference information and the objective mutual influence and objective information.Considered systemic complexity, people is hard to elect set of objectives in decision-making. This paper analyses relation of systemic layer with viewpoint of System Engineering and applies metasynthesis from qualitative to quantitative to make set of objectives complete, perfect and value of attribute accurate, reasonable. Based on the fuzzy, even uncertain, or incomplete certain of system information in the real practice of decision-making, the paper discusses the decision-making theory without weight, and uses it to make research on the decision problem of safety economic system.Nowadays, owing to many unresolved decision problems which have a lot of factors and complex condition of constraint, a multitude of contradictory problems appear. This paper introduces Extension Decision method. Meanwhile, for obtaining the best decision in a body, Intelligent Decision Support Systems based on Extension is proposed by the dialectic and creationary thinking, breaching traditional notion.Finally, because there is a phenomenon that data mining and data warehouse are thought to be equal to decisive process while axioms and methods for decisive analysis are overlooked, a more reasonable infrastructure of Business Intelligent decision is constructed from technology view of current Business Intelligence.
