Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Appraisal Management System Based On SSH

With the rapid development of China's real estate industry,trade that related to real estate such as second-hand house buying,selling,lending,leasing,insurance and investment decisions,steps into a rapid development phase,which inevitably leads to higher and higher requirements in the real estate assessment.In this paper,in order to meet the actual demand of property assessment,we research management system which apply to real estate assessment in J2 EE platform.The main work of this paper as follows:1.In the paper,we researchs application scenarios and development direction of property assessment management system,analyses the demand of the real estate assessment system in detail,focuses on the system's main function modules,includes system management,data mining operations,property management,application system,application and auditing,daily office,common tools and case analysis.2.Establish the business process model of property evaluation management system through UML technology,then isolates the basic business module of this system,and designs the system structure model.Using three layers of B/S software architecture,which in benefit of standard,reduce maintenance costs and focus attention of developers only on one layer.3.With regard to J2 EE framework technology(SSH technology)that needs in the real estate assessment management system,article gives the SSH framework system function interface and implementation processes for each layer that needed in the system.At last,determines the implementation way of property assessment system and main function module.4.In order to facilitate the maintenance and management of database,in evaluation management system,uses Oracle 10 g as the database that companies commonly employ.System applys continuously store and entry mode that maintains system easily in future.5.Assess property management system's function test,system test,stress test,etc.Analyses the system bases on test results,summarizes the property assessment system running situation,then puts forwards the optimization scheme,points out the next research direction of the system.In this paper,we study the real estate appraisal management system bases o n SSH,modeling system in UML,realizing the system with lightweight framework— SSH technology.In our system,the design and implementation has simplified,the maintainability,extensibility and reusability of the system has improved.At the same time,the system is expected to promote in the real estate,banking,taxation and other industries,to strengthen the practical application.
