With the rapid pace of social informatization,the traditional office mode of enterprises has been unable to solve some problems such as low efficiency and serious waste of paper materials caused by large-scale business demands.In addition,the traditional task allocation scheme of enterprise usually depends on the judgement of human experience,as the enterprise business become increasingly complex,the traditional task allocation scheme is often difficult to achieve the best effect and may cause a certain dispute;The traditional attendance scheme of enterprises is difficult to solve the problem such as the authenticity of attendance and increases the cost of artificial statistics.This paper puts forward the Real Estate Appraisal Integrated Business Management System to solve the above problems of Harbin Guotuyuan Real Estate Appraisal co.,LTD.The Real Estate Appraisal Integrated Business Management System provides core functions such as land appraisal and land planning for enterprise employees to improve office efficiency and reduce paper waste.At the same time,an appraising task allocation scheme based on Hungarian algorithm is implemented to solve the irrationality and possible disputes of traditional task allocation in the order subsustem.In the attendance management subsystem,a mobile attendance scheme based on geographic fence and Wi Fi location technology is implemented to solve the authenticity problem of attendance out of the office and improve the attendance statistics efficiency.This paper describes the implementation process of the entire system from requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing,and finally builds a system which is efficient,easy to use,robust,beautiful,and can be flexibly configured.The system has been put into use and has achieved good results.The Real Estate Appraisal Integrated Business Management System based on web development.Spring Web Mvc framework is chooesd to develop the back-end.Code in the Java language,data persistence layer is Mybatis,database is Mysql,Use Angular JS framework and Html to develop the front-end.
