With the popularity of mobile internet technology has made advanced wireless technology available. Information management by means of mobile phones and other mobile terminals has become a trend, but the existing management of school-leaving college graduates cannot keep up with dates. Lengthy, cumbersome and unordered school-leaving process bothers most graduates. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a graduation management system based on mobile terminals to optimize workflow, accelerate the processing of student leaving time, reduce the workload and improve the efficiency of management.The graduation management system consists of two main terminals based on a Web management and a student self-service APP. The Web management port uses ASP.NET development languages, SQL Server 2008 as a database, as well as the B/S structure for the design and development of Web system; students self-service APP uses HTML5 technologies, combined with the PhoneGap and JQuery Mobile framework technology.The article intends to present a detailed development of school-leaving management system including design principles, process and key issues of implementation. Preliminary introduction deals with system development background and environment, and with system feasibility and requirement analysis. It focuses on analysis and design of the system schema, system function and principle of each main module, including module, class diagram, system security and database design, and gives both the database design and the overall design of the system. It ends with a summary of problems and solutions in different development stages and tests.School graduates management system is expected to solve problems of cumbersome processes and information communication with improved interactiveness, real-time performance and scalability, which supplements the campus information construction and provides current mobile digital campus with aids and alternatives.
