Design And Implementation Of Vocational School Movable Office Systerm Based On HTML5 PLUS Specification

With the rapid development of Internet and mobile devices,information technology is gradually becoming the focus areas,and mobile office is a new research field.Compared with the traditional OA system,mobile office applications can save user's operationg costs and they are not entirely restricted by space and time.People also can take something in anytime and anywhere through that informatization technology instead of manual operation.Now,most of the enterprises and institutions have their own OA system and their office business will be done quickly by using informatization means,but due to business factors,such as geographical environment,the traditional OA system can not handle their business efficiently and timely.This thesis is completed under solving the problem that a information center department of professional colleage can't maintain their equipment,complete their network troubleshooting and management their documents in traditional OA system.Finally we design and implement the Vocational School Movable Office Systerm.First,we described the current office automation systems and application,and analyzed the development trend of mobile applications.Then we introduces the mainstream of the current mobile application development techniques and patterns.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the techniques,we proposed a solution of app based on hybrid,and elaborated the related technology in server and client.After learning this technology,we put forward the overall analysis and design for the vocational school movable office system,Anaysising and explanning its feasibility,user requirements,functional and nonfunctional requirements.According to the overall analysis and research,we divide the system into five subsystems and sixteen function modules,then we had the database design.Finally,According to the design,we developed and implemented the vocational school movable office system what can meeting the needs of management for information center.This system adopts three-layer architecture mode,based on JSON data mode,using the core technology of Microsoft's ASP.NET MVC on server side and Bootstrap on web front,using the core technology of HTML5 Plus runtime on APP client side and MUI frame.This system provides many functions such as the management of network and devices,news release,technical documentation to support,it's also greatly improve the efficiency of the user's office.
