Analysis And Design Of The Home School Communication Information Management System For A Middle School

With the development of information technology construction in education, the relationship between teaching activities and information technology is becoming more and more closely. In addition, the expansion of the scale of the current secondary school also puts forward the challenge to the traditional information communication way between school and parent. The main content of this paper is to design a Home School Communication information management system for the communication between school and home of a closed boarding school in Hebei province. It is expected that with the specific condition of the school, the communication could be more and more efficient.This paper firstly investigates the background of the current Home School Communication system. Although there are some similar projects at present, the focus of this article is to better meet the specific circumstances of the school. And then the three lightweight frameworks and their alternative frameworks of Spring, Spring MVC and MyBatis were analyzed. Based on this analysis, a Home School Communication information management system Suitable for the specific needs of the school has been analyzed and designed.In this paper, with the adapting of the object-oriented analysis method, combined with the use case diagram and text use case, the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system were analyzed in detail, and thus a design scheme derived from the B/S structure was obtained. In the technical selection, the MVC layered design idea and the SSM lightweight open source framework was adopted in this system, and the system is divided into three layers, including the presentation layer, the business logic layer and the data persistence layer. The Spring MVC is used as the web layer to receive user requests and return the processing results interactively. Using Spring technology as the business layer, is responsible for the specific business logic processing. Using Spring and MyBatis integration as the persistence layer, the database is operated. In this way, the system coupling can be greatly reduced and could be updated more conveniently. After the detailed design and implementation of every module has been completed, the corresponding functional test and safety test have been made to the system, which meet the functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and meet the expected design goals It is believed that the Home School Communication information management system will be able to serve daily teaching managements of the school and the communication link between the school and parents, and is conducive to the continuous improvement of the level of school running.
