| Dalian Power Supply Company started to carry out intensive material management mode and use the advanced ERP software Since2009. Although the ERP software is designed for manufacturing business, the production process of power supply enterprise is very different from manufacturing industry because of the particularity of electrical energy. Many modules in ERP software don't conform to the actual situation of the power supply company, especially in the prefecture-level company. Due to practical work is easy, the efficiency will be low following to the operation of the ERP system in which Some operation of working process is sophisticated.This paper researched the work content, process and method in material management of Material Supply Center in Dalian Power Supply Company, and some problem about material management information is found. By analyzing the demands of Material Supply Center, combining with the advantages of the ERP system and considering the work process of centralized tender, inventory, supermarket, a set of material management system is developed which is suitable for prefecture-level company.The system that process is clearer and operation is simpler is more suitable for the actual material management situation. At the same time, the system uses the data interface technology, which makes the ERP system as a database, avoids the trouble that logging in and switching repeatedly between the ERP and the electronic commerce platform. Supermarket module is the highlight of this system, can make up the ERP's shortcoming which is not complete in small class materials.This system can also greatly simplify the original ERP system process. When purchasing low value materials, can meet many requirements, such as purchasing high-frequency, predicting the quantity hardly, dispatching quickly. In particular, the catalogue for supermarket module has pictures. It is more vivid and intuitive compared with the ERP system. |
