At present, due to some restrictions, Power Supply Company’s operational management of relevant business still uses artificial means. Such artificial means are not a long-term solution, so the company must develop a suitable maintenance and management System as soon as possible.The system is based on B/S structure, and uses the SSH technology framework. According to the design ideas of MVC, the whole system is divided into four levels, namely the presentation layer, the control layer, the business logic layer and the persistence layer. The presentation layer (the system JSP interface) is used to retrieve the user’s needs and pass it to the interior of the software system. In the control layer, Struts framework controls mainly, and assigns each request to the specific object of the Action. Afterwards, the request of Action object is passed to the business logic layer, where the Spring framework has the main control effect. In the persistence layer of system, Hibernate and the background database of system connect to each other. And Hibernate processes the request from the business logic layer. The background database is SQL Server 2014.The implementation of system contains the telephone access management, the maintenance and stop, the inspection management, the asset management and the resource management. The implementation of the telephone access management function contains the wiring table management, the approval of dispatched- single, dispatched- single, the acceptance, close of single, the addition of work order and single, and the treatment of relevant group personnel.
