Design And Implementation Of Engineering Archives Management System For Power Supply Company

Along with the progress of the era of file is more and more attention to the importance of,whether it’s personal information or to manage enterprise information needs to be making use of the archives,archives contain text,images,and video and so on many kinds of types of files.Early due to the limited technical level,file management is paper material used to record words,need to spend a lot of time and manpower for archives information management,and this way is unfavorable to preserve,vulnerable to the possibility of damage or loss,due to the file management,use a lot of paper materials for environmental protection is not good.Thus with the progress of science and technology,computer technology is gradually changing people’s way of life,provided convenience for people’s life,has also changed the way of file management.After using the computer technology file management has become more convenient and quick,its application is becoming more and more important in all aspects.In this thesis,the engineering archives management system for power supply company are studied,through Java,B/S structure,J2EE platform technology,the MVC framework,and Oracle technology to the design and implementation of the system.Engineering archives management system for power supply company including organization archives management,file management,project management,project management,statistical analysis of management functions of five main functions.File management function is mainly responsible for management of power supply company and its institutional archives information,including system management,file input,file export structure,organization file print four function modules.Archives sorting function is an important function in the system,mainly be responsible for sorting system of archives information,including transformation project category,offline export,print statements,advanced retrieval four function modules.Engineering project management function is mainly responsible for management of power supply company to carry out the project,including project is adding,deleting,project into four function modules,project batch management.Project management features is mainly responsible for management system of the management work of the project,including clearing document management,clearing the books,have compiled the books management three function module.Statistical analysis is mainly responsible for statistical analysis of archives information management function,including file statistical analysis,statistical reports print,statistical analysis queries three function modules.
