Finally, the paper summarized the contents of the research, points out the limitations and shortcomings of this system, stated some ideas of mine’s to improve it.If the system put into operation, The management and related personnel can master all the storage data of the information center timely and accurately.At first,they can be expected to demand in the coming year by using a variety of data from the system, which can accurately declare the purchase plan. Secondly,they can make clear material report, as much as possible to avoid a bad debt,so can be able to quickly find and solve problems,Which in order to made the company to achieve systematic management of material,avoid unnecessary waste in maximum, and greatly improve the work efficiency too.
