With the progress of the era and society, personnel management has been an important part of the whole company. During the operation process of Yingkou Yunda Company, due to the growing number of the company size and workforce, how to better management and protect the company's personnel information has become an issue of great concern to company leaders. Being complex and trivial, corporate personnel information allows no mistakes during the management process. The traditional personnel management is mainly realized through the manual operation, which is inefficient and prone to make mistakes. The rapid development of computer techniques makes it possible for personnel management to transform from the traditional period to the modernized period through powerful functions of the computer platform. Therefore, in order to make the corporate personnel management system more targeted, it is necessary to develop one with characteristics of the company itself.According to demands of the company's personnel department, this paper uses the C/S programming framework to design and develop a targeted and specialized corporate personnel management system. Through the system, the company can realize standard management of personnel, guarantee accuracy and safety of personnel information and improve efficiency of the company's personnel management. On the other hand, the statistical analysis of the company's personnel information can provide guidance for the company's formulation of specific decisions and guidelines.Below is a brief review of the research content in this paper:Conduct a field investigation of the company's personnel status, analyze characteristics of its personnel constitution and conduct relevant statistics;Determine users'demands according to analysis of data related to the company's personnel and daily personnel distribution, design the overall system and database, and divide the system into several functions according to demands and characteristics of the company;Realize all system modules through programming and finish system testing according to test procedures;Debug and modify the overall system and verify the system efficiency.
