The Design And Development Of The Enterprise Informationization Management System

Firstly, under the guidance of the principles of software engineering, this paper explains the needs analysis through the in-depth survey of the company, also, it has analysed the problems of the current operating mode of business and propose ways to improve; Secondly, through the analysis and the abstraction of the informationization data of the company , the construction of enterprise information database has been completed; Finally, a procedures framework that based on the main program(exe) plus the dynamic link library (DLL) has been designed and implemented, and then, in accordance with the actual business process of the departments of the enterprises, the division of function modules of the software has been completed, and the development of the software have been completed.In addition, in order to ensure the security of enterprise information data and to ensure users run the software under the appropriate permissions, after the analysis of the existing organizational forms of enterprises, the design and implementation of the Delphi-based and smart access control scheme has been accomplished.Generally, the results of this study are mainly the following aspects:1) Under the premise of clearing the existing methods of operation, analysing the problems of the current operating mode, exploring ways which are realized in the software to improve;2) Through in-depth research, fully tapping the data related to the process of the informationization, and establishing a stable and efficient enterprise information database;3) After clearing the existing organizational structure of the enterprise, establishing the suitable and flexible user rights management system in the user informationization software;4) In the development process of the informationization software, to complete the design and implemention of the software architecture and framework which is Delphi-based and in C/S mode;5) After improving the design and implemention of the program in architecture and framework, based on a reasonable division software function modules, to implement the modular software development.
