Research And Implement Of The Enterprise Informationization System Application And Integration For DRC

Enterprise informationization is enterprise uses modern information technology toimprove business flow and organization structure, through developing information resourcedeeply and using it abroad, advances the efficiency and level of the management anddecision-making continuously, and then increases the economic benefit of enterprise andenhances the competition force of enterprise. Because of the rapid development of enterpriseinformationization technology, a lot of original information is produced from differentapplication system. For exchanging data between different computer and different applicationsystem in enterprise, and sharing information data for different department of enterprise, theapplication and integration of enterprise informationization system must be implemented.This paper derives from the project of conforms technical data source in theenterprise informationization of Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd (for short: DRC). In contrastwith some problem in previous enterprise informationization of DRC, such as design work isoverlapping and miscellaneous in AutoCAD design department, designers input the sameproduct data by handiwork to different system times without number, unwrapping borrow partis confused in product structure data, promulgating printed report data is not in time,communicating information is slow between different department etc. and then this paper putsforward a resolution that how to use the existing net platform and software and hardwareenvironment for constructing the enterprise informationization system application andintegration platform for DRC.This paper makes a plenty of research and analysis on existing enterpriseinformationization system and demand about system application and integration in DRC. Andbases on existing network distribution and hardware environment, has developed AutoCADapplication and integration system, product structure detail management system, simple worktime ration module, computer aided material coding module, ration data sharing platform onnetwork. For the purpose of application and integration between each system, interface ofproduct data in AutoCAD imports product Structure detail management system, interface ofproduct data imports existing CAPP, interface of product data imports efficient producesystem has customized. Considering the fact of the network of DRC is separated to technology network and management network, distributing data by timing has been used todistribute data between this two separated networks.While implementing the integrated platform, this paper does its best to build aunified and coherent platform of enterprise informationization system application andintegration for DRC. Provides a convenient design mode on material, process and materialration between each system and department; makes sure every department can get an intactand unified product data list by using normative organization form to make a unified productstructure list and borrow unwrap management tool; brings a smooth data exchange on productdesign detail data, material ration data, process and work time data, material code databetween each department; and supplies opened data integrated interface for the downstreamefficient produce system and ERP system; does many second-development for the relateddepartment to fit user's personal demand.After having putted the platform into practice, it has got a good effect, and proves thefeasibility and practicability of the integrated system.
