The continuous revision of computer software and hardware technology wouldpropel the rapid development of informationization of many fields. Today, theinformationization level of personnel management of enterprises and governmentinstitutions which are based on computer technology, internet technology and moderncommunication technology has become the main criterion to measure the managementlevel, scientification and modernization of management. The traditional personnelmanagement work was taken by labour, which would lead to low managementefficiency, huge workload and lack of secrecy. As time goes by there would be largenumber of paper data and file documents which lead to cumbersome management anddifficulties in information inqiration, updating and maintaining. Thus, the constructionof the digital personnel management system based on computer and communicationtechnology has a high application value and practical significance. Because of the highmobility of labour in outsourcing enterprises, the enterprises has more dependence onthe employees and the personnel management of outsourcing enterprises has itsparticularity compared with ordinary enterprises so its personnel management systemconstruction has more urgent requirement.Based on those advanced computer technologies such as.Net technology anddatabase technology, the thesis discussed the key problems in construction ofpersonnel management system oriented to the software outsourcing enterprises andfinally realized a personnel management system based on.Net. Firstly, the thesisanalysized the construction demands of personnel management system oriented to thesoftware outsourcing enterprises, forwarded the general requirements of systemcontruction, then carried out the feasibility analysis, that is analysis of generalfeasibility, economic feasibility and technology feasibility for the system construction;analysized the system function demands, divided the system functional demands into7parts, which includ employee recruitment management, training management, dailymanagement, attendance checking and salary management, authority management of comprehensive information management system and system setup and described thecustomers demands for the7parts in detail. Secondly, the thesis carried out the systemdesign and realization by object-oriented development technology. According toclassic tri-layer architecture, the system structure was designed, the data design ofsystem was described in detail and the main functional modules in system weredesigned carefully. Based on the detailed design, the thesis illustrated the realizationand testing work of system, introduced main functional components in system and thecoding realization of modules which include realization of database access component,realization of customer login and password modification module, realization of staffand department information management module, realization of attendance checkingand salary management module and realization of performance examination module.The purpose of personnel management system oriented to software outsourcingenterprises is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of personnel management inenterprises and improve the profit-making ability of enterprises. The system has a goodopenness to exchange data with other data system modules. At the same time, eachmodules in the system have minor coupling so that the upgrading and modification ofeach modules would not influece other modules.
