The Matching Study Between The Product Management System And Product Informationization System Of Discrete Manufacturing Enterprise

The manufacturing informationization is the key method that upgradingcompetition of manufacturing in our country and country's economic level. Thestation of ERP applying in manufacturing enterprises in our country is not verysatisfied and there are too many failure cases. The real cause of that station in that themanagement mode in Chinese corporations is not matched to the management modecontained in the informationization soft wares. So, this article mainly tell the analysisthat between the production management system in dispersant manufacturingenterprises and the production management information system of someone software,and give some advices about theories and applying for popularization and pushing theenterprise informationization project.Firstly, this thesis review the management thinking ,software about ERP, historyof production management theory and studybackground of this thesis. And this articleintroduces classifies and characteristic of the manufacturing enterprises, research twodifferent ERP software's'production management systems. Secondly, the authormakes some analysis researching of production management system about theintroduced factory, design the PM system, and describe the designing about everyfunction module. After the before working, the author founds the module of PMsystem by using the system modeling method IDEF. Thirdly, the article particularlydescribes the PM manufacturing system of ERP software chosen in this article,including the whole structure, system characteristic, technology characteristic aboutthe software, and the tactic about applying this software to factory. Founding amodule about the software PM manufacturing system by the IDEF method used inmodeling the enterprise PM system. Fourthly, this article defines the"matching"inPM area, containing two parts, including"department matching and flowingmatching", and writing a calculating method correlation to the definition of"match"in the base of history studying fruits. The author founds the"three-dimensional-process-circling-matching"model basing the factory PM systemand software PM system. This model contains"Department Dimension, ProcessDimension, and Time Circling Dimension". And this article matches the two modelsof enterprise and software PM system.
