The Application Research Of Virtual Reality Technology In Panel Furniture Manufacturing

Virtual reality technology has provided a new way of thinking and method for the design of the production line. The design of production line based on virtual reality technology can establish the equipment model with image appearance, fine internal structure, real machine principle and realistic motion simulation. It can be viewed in the process of physical implementation. It can check the rationality and feasibility of production process. Mainly from the following several aspects:(1) existing in the analysis of the existing production line design deficiencies and panel processing process, using rhino software for mechanical structure design of processing equipment and inclined roller feeder, complete assembly of parts of other key equipment,production line three-dimensional solid model library.(2) the research and application of the system layout theory,according to the panel production process requirements and the factory's actual production plan, the precision machining workshop production balance calculation, determine the selection of equipment, determine the specific process flow and production area, and the system layout design method is applied to the production line, complete production line layout design.(3) in the research of CAD(Computer Aided Design) system and VR(virtual reality) system model data transformation between processing technology, complete production line equipment entity model to patch model transformation and model simplification, creator software was used to build a production line of real-time three-dimensional(RT3D) database, and according to the layout, production line layout of three-dimensional display.(4) ART(Realtime Tracking Advanced) tracking system and space mouse working principle,through the development of the relevant protocol procedures to complete interactive devices and virtual reality software lightning connection, the realization of the virtual environment in the rotation, mobile and roaming and other human computer interaction. And according to the production line process and production plan, through the TCL programming to realize the interactive simulation of the virtual production line, and get the optimized production line plan.This paper is based on the research object of the paper, the traditional design and planning method of the furniture production line. The design method(SLP) and the virtual reality technology are combined to realize the collaborative planning of the traditional two-dimensional layout and Lightning. The reasonable layout of the production line and process planning are obtained.
