The Construction Technology Of Bamboo Flexible Automation Production Line

Bamboo and wood processing industry of our country is still in stand-alone operation and old-fashioned cluster processing as the main mode of production,production efficiency is low,energy consumption equipment seriously,there is a labor intensive and material loss of the dilemma,which restricts the further development of the industry.This paper relying on the Zhejiang provincial science and Technology Department of public welfare project "Research on key technology of flexible manufacturing system oriented to the reconstituted bamboo flooring",research on Bamboo chopping board automatic production line,establish a compact-procedures and efficient-logistics process of small-sized bamboo chopping board flexible automatic production line.The basic theory and realization methods of construction of bamboo processing production line is explored,The main contents and results are as follows:(1)The integration of bamboo chopping board production line process planning and job shop scheduling will be studied,the corresponding integrated model will be constructed,the integrated research task and method will be introduced.Comprehensively analyze the actual situation of the production line,the optimization of the process is obtained.(2)The bamboo chopping board production line layout design and optimization of the balance will be studied.Through the analysis of the processing time,processing yield and the rejection rate,the time of the production line will be obtained.The processing time of each working procedure will be analyzed,the bottleneck of the production line will be determined.The SLP method will be used to analyze the production line,and the result of the simulation and optimization of the layout of the workshop will be obtained.(3)The structures of the production line are designed.Introduced the series design,according to the working conditions of the workshop,the design of the feeding mechanism and the fixture of the machine tool is to carried out.Combined with the required action which the various agencies have to complete of the production line,and to model it.The working principle of the model will be analyzed.(4)The fusion of multiple controllers based on field bus technology is to studied.Analysis and introduction of a variety of current mainstream bus,the most suitable PROFIBUS-DP bus for(5)the production line is to determined.The PLC control scheme based on SIEMENS S7-300 for each processing equipment is to configured.A configuration and monitoring interface for the control system is to created,the bus control system of production line is to constructed.The paper according to the operating characteristics of Bamboo chopping board flexible automatic production line,the integration of process planning and job shop scheduling,shop floor layout and balance optimization,structure design of feeding mechanism and fixture,the construction of control system based on bus of automatic production line is to developed.The theory and method of flexible automation production line construction of the bamboo chopping board have reference to the relevant enterprise automation transformation.
